Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received. One order goes to one recipient, one address and one date.

Prices and fees

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT. The delivery fee for your area is shown before you pay.

Fresh fruit and substitutions

Fruit supply changes with the season. If a fruit is unavailable we use fruit of equal or higher value and keep the arrangement's style, and we tell you.

Changes and cancellations

You can change the gift card message, the recipient's phone number or the delivery notes until we start making the arrangement. You can move the date, subject to availability, until the cutoff for the original date. Cancellations before the cutoff for the delivery date receive a full refund. Once production has started, orders cannot be refunded.

Delivery

We deliver within the window you choose. If nobody can receive the gift or the address is wrong, our rider records the reason and we contact you to arrange one redelivery for a fee, or pickup at our store the same day.
