Privacy notice

Draft for review by Fruits in Bloom and its counsel. This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

From you as the sender: your name, email address and mobile number, and your order and payment status. We do not receive or store card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider. About the recipient: their name, mobile number and delivery address, and any delivery notes you give us.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, to send you the receipt, delivery updates and the delivery photo, and to answer questions about your order. With your separate consent only, to send you news and offers.

Recipient data

Recipient details are used only to deliver that gift. They are never used for marketing. Unless you save the recipient to your address book, we mask the recipient's address and phone number 90 days after delivery.

How long we keep it

Delivery photos: 90 days. Bank transfer receipts: 30 days after we verify them. Order and payment records: as long as tax law requires.

Who processes it for us

Our payment provider, our email provider and our SMS provider process data on our behalf, only to deliver these services. Our delivery partner receives the order, sender and recipient details needed to deliver it, under a data-sharing agreement, and may use them only for that delivery.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent at any time, from your account page or by emailing us. We answer within the period the law requires.
